Capital asset pricing model. An economic model for valuing stocks by relating risk and expected return. 以相当风险和预期收益来为股票计值的一种经济模式。 capped option [证] 有上限期权 An option with a pre-established profit cap. A capped option is automatically exercised when the underlying security closes at or above (for a call) or at or below (for a put) the Option's cap price. 设有预定利润上限的期权。有上限期权在相关证券的价格相等于或高于（对买入期权而言）或相等于或低于（出售期权）期权上限价格时即会自动被行使 capping [分] 压价 Placing selling pressure on a stock in an attempt to keep its price low or to move its price lower, in violation of NASD rules. 是指投资者试图将某只股票的价格压低或者把价格维持在该股票期权合同的履约价格以下来获取一定私利，是一种违法的行为。 captive fund [证] 专属基金 A fund that provides investment services solely to the one firm holding ownership. 只向持股机构提供投资服务的基金 capture rate [房] 获取率 A comparison of the sales or leasing rate of a particular real estate development to the sales or leasing rate of all developments in the same market. 将某特定房地产新建住宅区的租售率与相同市场新建住宅区的租售率进行比较。 备注： [保]代表保险，[房]代表房地产，[会]代表会计，[分]代表注册财务分析师，[银]代表银行，[证]代表证券。 |
